Forrest Powars Art accepts returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, unopened, and in the same packaging as received.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at contact@forrestpowarsart.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Once your return request is approved, securely package the artwork and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the artwork.

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned artwork and verifying its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow [number] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Damaged Artwork

We do not accept returns for artwork that has been damaged by the customer. If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@forrestpowarsart.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item and place a new order.
